Project Overview
Faced with low retention among beginner learners, I redesigned the XR learning journey to address accessibility and engagement gaps. By introducing trial lessons, gamified progress tracking, and community-driven features. I created a platform that makes learning both fun and career-focused resulting in a 40% increase in learner engagement.
Problem Statement
The platform struggled with low retention among beginner learners. Users faced limited free content, lack of structured learning paths, weak community features, and no gamified elements leading to frustration, disengagement, and high drop-off rates.
